Text on this engraving, including motto, reads: 98 Mead, Viscount Clanwilliam TOUJOURS PREST (Always ready) John Meade was 1st Viscount Clanwilliam and later 1st Earl of Clanwilliam. The family seat is recorded as Ballintobber, County Cork.
